I see ppl complaining they getting none inscriptible drops from Z chest, is that true? Has anyone ever got one of these?

Yup, I've gotten a couple. No, I don't have any screenshots of those items, but there are several posts in this topic also stating uninscribable items drops from the Zchest.
Generally found on items with a Deathbane mod.

yes, sad but true...from a z-chest once i got a q9 Mursaat Hammer (woot!)...id'ed it: 20/20, +30, no inscription, no inherent damage (un-woot!) sold for 2k just for the skin

(same thing happened once with q8 zodiac longbow from a PvE drop, but my bad luck there is a whole other story!)

Aww, Lier! As Zchets drops Non inscriable drops, just with deathbane mod, so that hammer couldnt have 20/20 & 30hp, because it had to have deathbane for being un inscriable..
